Job summary

Nuaire is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Bradford, Halifax, Leeds, Doncaster, Hull and Sheffield postcodes. This field-based role requires living within the territory and delivering profitable orders for commercial product ranges.

You will work with cross-functional teams to meet consultant specifications and hit sales targets. The role involves visiting mechanical contractors, responding to enquiries, and working with the Specification Sales Engineer to secure design and build

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical sales to contractor accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel within the territory and work to targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic network of mechanical contractors and build relationships through visits and meetings.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and be accessible to customers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with Specification Sales Engineer to maintain profitable design/build projects.
• Follow projects from design to tender to order, updating CRM systems.
• Track all projects in area and regularly report progress to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Aim to exceed area sales targets and maintain product/technical knowledge.
