Quickline Communications Limited is seeking a Head of Regional Field Sales to lead our regional sales engine in North/West Yorkshire. You will drive performance, coach and develop the field team, and collaborate across the business to meet targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong coaching, and a data-driven approach to identify trends and drive action. Travel to our Willerby, Hull office will be occasional.

• Proven experience leading a field sales team in a target-driven environment.
• Strong track record of delivering sales results through coaching and KPI-focused leadership.
• Experience using data to spot trends and drive action.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of regional sales performance, ensuring activity, productivity and conversion meet monthly budgets.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop a confident, capable field sales team.
• Provide hands-on coaching and field support to improve performance and consistency.
• Use sales data to identify trends, manage risks and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee territories, fleet, travel, incentives and commission processes.
