Quickline is seeking a Head of Regional Field Sales for North/West Yorkshire. You will lead and coach a regional field sales team to hit monthly budgets, while collaborating with stakeholders to remove blockers and drive performance.

This field-based role requires travel to the Willerby, Hull office and a proven ability to recruit, onboard and grow top performers. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a track record of delivering results in

Head of Regional Field Sales - North/West Yorkshire

• Highly organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience within telecommunications, broadband, utilities, direct sales or door-to-door sales would be advantageous.
