Quickline Communications is seeking a Head of Regional Field Sales for North/West Yorkshire. The role is field-based with occasional travel to Willerby, Hull, leading a regional sales engine and delivering strong commercial results.

You will recruit, onboard, train and develop a high-performing field sales team, coach daily performance, and use data to spot trends and drive action. This role requires strategic thinking, flawless execution and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a field sales team or regional operation.
• Strong coaching and KPI-driven performance management.
• Comfortable using data to identify trends and drive actions.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding and developing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sales performance, ensuring activity and conversion hit monthly budgets.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop field sales staff.
• Provide hands-on coaching and field support to improve performance.
• Use sales data to identify trends and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee territories, travel, incentives and commissions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove blockers and improve processes.
