Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Field Performance Manager to join the Anglian Water team across the region. The role covers Northampton, Lincoln, Ipswich or Norwich with a 45-hour week and no sponsorship.

You will oversee field teams, drive productivity and service levels while maintaining safety standards and strong customer focus. A supervisory background in water or utilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in the water industry or similar utility sector.
• NRSWA ticket required for onsite works.
• Strong IT and communication skills with managing diverse teams.
• Full driving licence essential for regional site visits.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and deliver customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, measure and improve productivity, performance and quality of field teams.
• Mentor and coach direct reports, ensure policy compliance and development.
• Plan resources to maximise efficiency and cost effectivenes.
• Ensure work meets service levels and maintains customer experience.
• Promote health and safety culture and complete audits.
