Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Water Recycling Regional Network Support Manager to lead across Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk, ensuring safe, sustainable operation of sewerage assets and pumping stations.

You will mentor managers, influence decisions, and drive performance with a focus on safety, environmental excellence, and customer service. The role requires regional travel and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Water industry experience is essential.
• Experience managing operational incidents in high-pressure settings.
• Proven leadership in an operational environment.
• Ability to adapt communication for diverse internal/external stakeholders.
• Awareness and application of Health & Safety rules/regulations.
• Experience making commercial decisions with competing priorities.
• SAP financial competence.
• Ability to think tactically and strategically for outcomes.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support to the Regional Network Manager across Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.
• Deliver technical expertise to ensure safe and efficient sewerage network operations.
• Coach and mentor Network Managers to develop teams and safe practices.
• Support incident management, risk planning and investment decisions.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and drive operational excellence across the region.
