Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an Area Concessions Manager to oversee 12+ fashion concessions across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. This role offers autonomy, driving sales, optimising stock, and delivering compelling visual merchandising.

The position is part‑time (32 hours across 4 days, Tue–Fri) with a starting salary of £30,000+ FTE, mileage expenses, and potential company vehicle provision. Travel across the region is required to meet targets and grow the concession network.

Formación

• Experience in fashion retail management, ideally within womenswear.
• Commercially minded with ability to drive sales.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and commercial performance across 12+ concession locations.
• Create visually inspiring merchandising displays to maximise sales.
• Manage stock replenishment, deliveries, recalls and product availability.
• Implement promotions, seasonal launches and bestselling initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with host store teams and management.
• Plan and manage your area independently with a hands-on approach.
• Monitor performance against sales targets and KPIs.
