Job summary

Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a mixed commercial property portfolio in Staines-upon-Thames. You will lead property management, facilities compliance, financial oversight and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.

You will manage external agents, review performance, ensure safety and statutory compliance, handle budgets and service charges, and develop planned maintenance programmes while coordinating with tenants and landlords.

Qualifications

• Experience in property or facilities management within commercial properties.
• Experience managing external contractors and managing agents.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and compliance requirements.
• Experience with budgets, service charges and financial reporting.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external managing agent performance and meet KPIs.
• Review maintenance, compliance and financial information provided by the agent.
• Act as client-side representative to maintain properties to required standards.
• Coordinate procurement and appointment of new managing agent.
• Manage relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors and advisers.
• Conduct property inspections and monitor lease compliance.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, financial performance and service charges.
