Job summary

ISS UK Limited is recruiting an experienced dual-service Facilities Manager to own service delivery across a regional portfolio centered in Preston, with travel to Accrington, Blackburn and nearby sites.

You will manage both hard and soft FM services, maintain compliance and drive value for money while building strong client relationships within a regulated government contract environment. You will act as the key interface between client and operations, upholding high standards and transparency.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of both hard and soft FM services.
• Experience managing client expectations in a complex contract environment.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
• Understanding of statutory compliance requirements.
• Working towards Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hard and soft FM service delivery across multiple sites
• Manage client relationships and resolve service issues
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and SFG20 standards
• Manage site-based teams including supervisors, engineers and cleaners
• Oversee subcontractor performance and service quality
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs using Maximo CAFM system
