Qualifications

Proven experience in an operational leadership role within Facilities Management or similar service-driven industry.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and contract performance.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build client relationships.
Thorough understanding of compliance, health & safety regulations, and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day management of a regional portfolio, ensuring contracts operate efficiently and in line with objectives.
Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded across all service lines.
Identify and implement improvements in service delivery to drive efficiency and excellence.
Lead teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support contract delivery.
