Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Senior Associate, Facilities Repair & Maint to lead Workplace & Facilities services across multiple offices in the West EMEA region. This role ensures safe, compliant, and engaging workplaces that support hybrid work models.

You will oversee operations, vendor performance, budgets, health and safety, and space planning while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in facilities/workplace services or related field.
• Experience managing multi-site/regional operations and vendors.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace & Facilities operations across multiple West EMEA offices.
• Regional escalation point for facilities issues.
• Build relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day office operations and enhance employee experience.
• Oversee office services, amenities, meeting spaces, and standards.
• Manage operating and capital budgets; ensure cost optimization.
• Oversee vendor contracts, performance and service delivery.
• Lead space planning, moves, renovations and workplace projects.
• Ensure health, safety, security and environmental standards.
• Manage facility maintenance programs and CMMS/CAFM systems.
• Oversee regional fleet operations, utilization and cost.
• Lead and develop internal and outsourced workplace teams.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Procurement, Real Estate.
