Job summary

Newell Brands Inc. is seeking a West EMEA Workplace Services Manager to lead and deliver Facilities services across multiple offices in the West EMEA region.

The role sits within Enterprise Real Estate & Facilities / Global Workplace Services and drives safe, efficient, compliant workplaces that support hybrid work models and employee productivity. You will oversee regional office operations, vendor performance and space planning, while managing budgets, H&S, and workplace experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Facilities Management or related field with multi-site/regional operations.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and service delivery.
• Experience leading teams in multicultural and/or remote environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• English proficiency and willingness to travel ~25% across West EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace & Facilities operations across multiple West EMEA offices.
• Serve as the regional escalation point for workplace and facilities issues.
• Manage day-to-day office operations and enhance employee experience.
• Oversee office services, amenities, meeting spaces, and workplace standards.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial compliance and cost optimization.
• Oversee vendor contracts, performance and service delivery improvements.
• Lead space planning, office moves, renovations and workplace projects.
• Ensure health, safety, security and environmental standards.
• Oversee CMMS/CAFM systems and facilities management processes.
• Lead regional teams and collaborate with HR, IT, Security and Procurement.
• Travel across West EMEA as required (~25%).
