Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Sub-Regional Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated FM services across a portfolio of client sites in the UK and Benelux. You will manage on-site teams and partners, ensuring compliance with contracts, KPIs, and safety standards.

You will oversee budgets, reporting, risk management, and business continuity, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving service excellence across hard and soft FM.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-site facilities management across UK/Benelux.
• Experience leading on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of integrated FM services across multiple sites in the UK/Benelux.
• Ensure services meet Scope of Works, KPIs, SLAs and MSA.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
