Kier Group is seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator to support the delivery of hard and soft facilities management across its Northern regional portfolio. The role is based in Manchester or Leeds with weekly travel to sites, and typical hours are 40 per week (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday).

The successful candidate will manage PPM and maintenance requirements, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance across sites while supporting financial processing and reporting.

Formación

• Operational experience in Facilities Management (Hard and Soft services).
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across the regional portfolio.
• Help manage and ensure compliance with PPM and Reactive Maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with construction, contractor and supplier teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Support Health, Safety, Environmental and legislative compliance across all sites.
• Process purchase orders, payments and invoices while supporting financial reporting.
