Octopus Real Estate is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to cover the East of London, including Norfolk, Colchester and Kent. You will drive lending targets, manage introducer accounts, and operate with autonomy from a home-based setting, traveling to our London offices weekly.

You will have a proven sales track record, strong relationships in the property broker market, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to brokers and clients alike.

Qualifikationen

• Own car and ability to travel across the region.

Aufgaben

• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by Head of Sales.
• Be the focal point for all brokers and clients in the region.
• Assist internal BD team in chasing new enquiries and pipeline.
• Hold face-to-face meetings with brokers and clients.
• Role is home-based with weekly travel to London offices (expenses covered).
