Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking an experienced Regional Estates Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance and refurbishment across a designated region. This role will partner with General Managers and contractors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality facilities.

You will lead both planned and reactive maintenance, support energy and sustainability initiatives and travel across the East and South-East of England as required. A NEBOSH/IOSH qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in estates or facilities management.
• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and M&E systems.
• Experience managing refurbishment or construction projects.
• Solid understanding of health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, minimising downtime.
• Lead refurbishment and renovation projects from concept to completion.
• Manage budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
• Build relationships with contractors and suppliers, managing SLAs.
