Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking a Regional Estates Manager to steward our club estate across a designated region in the UK. You will lead maintenance, refurbishment projects, and sustainability initiatives, working with General Managers and contractors to ensure safe, compliant facilities.

The role covers mainly the East and South-East of England with some travel; you will manage budgets, drive energy-saving programs and maintain asset records across sites, while keeping a focus on high member

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in estates or facilities management.
Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and M&E systems.
Proven experience managing refurbishment or construction projects.
Solid understanding of health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, minimising downtime.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Lead refurbishment and renovation projects from concept to completion.
Manage budgets and control costs while maintaining quality.
Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers, monitoring SLAs.
