Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Engineering Supervisor to lead multi-skilled engineering teams across the GEO2 region. You will ensure safety, compliance and service delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs.

You will mentor engineers, manage rotas and coordinate with customers and stakeholders to drive performance and energy efficiency across sites. A strong background in hard services facilities management and building services is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Services management or supervision.
• Vocational qualification at level 3 in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Experience with LV distribution, UPS and generators.
• Previous Authorised Person experience or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate regional engineers across the GEO2 region.
• Ensure resources and skill sets are deployed across sites.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor maintenance performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as a technical escalation point for faults and incidents.
• Coach and develop engineers to improve performance and retention.
• Manage engineering rotas and on-call coverage.
• Audit workmanship and service quality.
• Manage subcontractor performance and safety systems.
• Ensure all PPM activities are completed on time.
• Take ownership of compliance, inspections, testing and certification.
• Promote health, safety and compliance culture through audits.
