Job summary

TSR Legal in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Employment Partner to lead the employment offering across Wales and the South West, collaborating with the leadership team to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.

You will be the firm’s employment law ambassador, shaping strategy, developing services and mentoring lawyers while building long-term trusted relationships with a diverse client base from owner-managed businesses to regional employers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the employment law offering across all offices throughout Wales and the South West.
• Act as the firm’s principal employment law adviser for business clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy for the employment practice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst generating new business opportunities.
• Champion the employment team internally, creating opportunities for collaboration across corporate, commercial property, dispute resolution and private client services.
• Represent the firm at business events, networking forums and within the wider professional community.
• Mentor and support lawyers within the team, helping to develop future talent.
• Contribute to the firm’s broader strategic objectives and continued growth plans.
