Job summary

TSR Legal seeks an experienced Employment Partner to lead and grow its Employment team. The role focuses on managing a varied caseload and advising a diverse client base, while nurturing client relationships and contributing to the firm’s strategic direction.

The successful candidate will build, lead and develop a successful practice, mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across the wider business to generate new opportunities in the local market.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.
• Proven track record of business development, networking and client generation.
• Established reputation and professional network within the regional market.
• A following or a clear and credible business case for future practice growth.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence advising clients at a senior level.
• Leadership experience or the ambition to take on a significant leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Employment practice within the firm.
• Manage a broad, high-quality caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Develop and deepen client relationships and drive growth in the regional market.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the strategic direction of the practice.
