TSR Legal is recruiting an Employment Partner to lead and develop its employment law offering across the South West and Wales. This strategic leadership role will see you steer growth, strengthen client relationships and elevate the firm’s profile in a multi-office framework.

You will be the employment law ambassador, collaborating with leadership and other disciplines to shape the future of the practice and ensure delivery of exceptional client service across a broad client base.

Qualifications

• Senior employment lawyer with a strong market reputation.
• Demonstrable experience advising employers on HR matters across sectors.
• Commercially minded with a track record of developing client relationships and opportunities.
• Visible leader who can build teams and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the employment offering across all offices in the region.
• Act as principal employment law adviser for business clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy for the employment practice.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while generating new business.
• Champion the employment team internally and drive cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Represent the firm at events and in professional networks.
• Mentor lawyers and develop future talent.
• Contribute to the firm's strategic objectives and growth plans.
