Employment Partner

TSR Legal City Of Bristol, England, United Kingdom

This role is part of a well-regarded Legal 100 firm based in Bristol, expanding the firm's existing Employment team in Bristol and wider UK offices.

Base pay range: Direct message the job poster from TSR Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice to clients on employment law issues, including but not limited to HR policies, redundancies, disciplinary, employment tribunals and settlement agreements
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
• Keeping abreast of developments in employment law and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Working with clients across a broad range of industries

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law with at least 8 years PQE
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex employment law cases
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
