Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an Employment Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate) to join its Employment team. You will work alongside an experienced group on a varied caseload with clear opportunities for progression and client development.

Key duties include advising on contentious and non-contentious matters, managing employment tribunal claims, drafting and negotiating documentation, and supervising junior colleagues while developing strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• : Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with relevant Employment experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.
• Employment Tribunal experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Manage employment tribunal claims and related disputes.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment documentation.
• Provide commercially focused advice to a varied client base.
• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Support and supervise junior colleagues where appropriate.
