Columbia Threadneedle Investments in the United Kingdom seeks an Employee Relations specialist to provide guidance across EMEA and APAC. You will manage sensitive ER cases, support policy development, and drive regional initiatives with our HR partners and Employment Law.

Key responsibilities include TUPE/redundancy processes, privacy-compliant case management, and data-driven ER improvements, ensuring fairness and risk mitigation across the organisation.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of current regional employment/labor law and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion.
• Experience in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide trusted ER advice to HR colleagues on sensitive matters.
• Track and manage ER cases with employment law knowledge.
• Maintain ER Case Management records with privacy compliance.
• Use ER data to identify trends and inform HR partners.
• Develop and communicate regional HR policies in EMEA/APAC.
• Lead TUPE and redundancy processes with risk mitigation.
• Coach ER/HR teams and support capability building.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects.
• Report ER activity to HR Leadership and flag risks.
• Work with Employment Law on escalations.
