Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking an Employee Relations professional to provide regional ER support across EMEA and APAC. You will guide case management, mentor the HR Service Center, and contribute to global ER initiatives while aligning policies with local laws and business strategy.

You will lead redun-dancy/TUPE processes, drive data-informed improvements, and coach teams to enhance ER capabilities with strong confidentiality and judgment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of regional employment law and HR trends.
• Proven experience handling sensitive employee relations matters.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER support for EMEA/APAC regions with guidance on case management.
• Mentor HR Service Center to improve ER capability and processes.
• Develop and align ER policies with local laws and business strategy.
• Oversee EMEA redundancy and TUPE processes with risk mitigation.
• Coach ER/HR teams to raise capability and knowledge.
• Lead cross-functional projects and report ER activity to HR Leadership.
• Collaborate with Employment Law for escalations and advice.
