Columbia Threadneedle Investments seeks an Employee Relations professional to provide consultation and case management across EMEA and APAC. You’ll guide HR Service Center and contribute to global ER initiatives, ensuring compliant practices that mitigate risk.

You will support policy development, data-driven ER insights, and effective stakeholder engagement while collaborating with Employment Law teams to escalate matters as needed.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of regional employment/labour law and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience handling sensitive employee relations matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt style for different audiences.
• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and provide credible advice and recommendations.
• High degree of confidentiality and professional judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide trusted ER guidance to HR colleagues and leaders across EMEA/APAC on sensitive matters.
• Track and manage ER cases applying employment law and policies.
• Maintain ER Case Management records with privacy compliance.
• Analyze ER data to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Develop and communicate ER policies for EMEA/APAC, ensuring legal alignment.
• Support TUPE/redundancy processes with accurate documentation and risk mitigation.
• Coach ER/HR teams to enhance capability within the global ER function.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Report ER activity to HR Leadership and highlight emerging risks and changes.
