Job summary

Kevin Edward Group is seeking a Regional Business Manager for Electronics/OEM to develop and manage relationships across the South West. The role focuses on understanding technical products, identifying commercial opportunities, and building connections with engineers and decision-makers.

You can come from electronics, engineering, or OEM backgrounds, with an appetite to progress into field-based leadership. A full UK driving licence is essential for this field-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or business development in electronics or OEM environments.
• Genuine interest in technical products and solutions.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to build relationships with customers at different levels.
• Proactive, organised and commercially focused approach.
• Ambition to develop your career within an international business.
• A full, clean UK driving licence – essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, manufacturers and engineering businesses across the South West.
• Identify new business opportunities whilst developing existing customer accounts.
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build relationships with engineers, technical buyers, procurement teams and key decision-makers.
• Manage your own territory, customer visits and sales pipeline.
• Work alongside internal technical and commercial teams to deliver excellent customer service.
