Job summary

Redline Group is seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Manager to own a defined South West territory and drive sales growth in electronics and engineering sectors. You will develop long-term customer relationships, manage projects from concept through production, and work with design engineers and procurement to meet technical and commercial requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven sales success in electronics/engineering or OEM environments.
• Experience selling passive components, capacitors or EMC components.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability across your assigned territory by increasing active projects, customer numbers and spend.
• Sell a portfolio of electronic components with focus on passive components, capacitors and EMC components.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Increase engagement and sales activity across multiple customer accounts with multiple contacts.
• Identify opportunities within customer projects for the component portfolio.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain a strong presence in your territory.
• Manage projects from design concept through to production, supporting customers throughout.
• Collaborate with design engineers, procurement and technical teams to meet requirements.
• Provide personalised technical account management and understand each customer's business and needs.
• Identify high-potential prospects through market research and territory analysis.
