Job summary

BMS Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Regional Business Manager to cover Dorset, Hampshire, Devon and Cornwall. You will develop relationships with OEMs and electronics customers, driving new business and expanding the existing base across the South Coast.

You will work with internal sales, marketing and applications teams to promote components, connectivity and related technologies, with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions and a structured progression path.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience in electronics.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a territory covering Dorset, Hampshire, Devon and Cornwall and identify opportunities to win new accounts and grow existing business.
• Engage with OEM manufacturers, electronic technology businesses and industrial customers to position a broad portfolio of components and connectivity solutions.
• Manage a large customer base while driving new business growth across the region, supported by internal teams.
