Job summary

JTL is seeking an Electrical Training Officer. This home-based role covers the Western region, including Thames Valley, with travel required.

You will manage apprentices, conduct workplace visits, review progress and provide coaching to ensure successful programme completion. The ideal candidate is an experienced electrician with strong communication skills, a commitment to professional development and the ability to work with learners and employers to achieve industry standards.

Qualifications

• A recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices and learners, supporting progress and completion.
• Assess knowledge, skills and behaviours and provide feedback for improvement.
