Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced Electrician for a trainer role based from home, covering the Bristol area. The role involves teaching, coaching and mentoring learners undertaking Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications, with all training and qualifications funded by the employer.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of electrical experience, a Level 3 Electrical qualification (or apprenticeship), strong communication skills, and a valid UK driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience as an Electrician.
• Level 3 or above Electrical qualification / apprenticeship (desirable).
• Good communication, presentation skills and adaptability.
• This position requires Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of training and coordination of assessments for Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• Provide hands-on mentorship and technical guidance to learners in the workplace.
• Train apprentices in line with awarding body standards.
• Work in a collaborative team that values a hands-on approach.
