Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking an experienced EH&S Manager to support our South West operations from Bristol. You will oversee safety programs for elevator and escalator installations and ensure compliance with local regulations, Otis standards, and customer requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-site collaboration, and strong reporting skills. A relevant EH&S qualification and the ability to build stakeholder relationships are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced EH&S Manager with ability to lead across multiple sites.
• Experience implementing EH&S programs and conducting audits.
• Ability to develop training and reporting materials.

Responsibilities

• Support operations to implement EH&S requirements, MORs, Cardinal Rules, SPs and SWIs.
• Develop and deliver training programmes; investigate accidents; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Propose improvements to safety and environmental management systems and EHS projects.
• Report timely and participate in regional and UK EH&S team activities.
