Job summary

Otis London EH&S Manager role offers leadership across London and the Southeast, providing expert EH&S support to operations, ensuring compliance with legal, Otis and customer requirements.

You will lead inspections, incidents investigations, and training programs, while driving continuous improvement of EH&S systems and reporting. A NEBOSH Diploma or degree in safety is required, with ISO auditing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety required.
• ISO Auditor qualification preferred.
• Experience in lift/escalator construction and site audits.
• Proven ability to lead EH&S improvements and report metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support operations in implementing EH&S requirements.
• Provide EH&S advice to managers and field teams.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver EH&S training and toolbox talks.
• Monitor performance trends and drive improvements.
• Support reporting and regional EH&S activities.
• Assist with CDM matters and construction safety.
