Job summary

Otis is seeking a Project Manager to own Installation and Modernization projects in the Hampshire / Oxfordshire / Berkshire region. You will define objectives, monitor progress, and coordinate with teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and budget.

The role emphasizes safety, ethics, quality, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to work with authorities, engineers, and a global leader in lifts and escalators.

Qualifications

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience with the elevator and/or construction/building trades.
• Safety is a top priority.
• Excellent communication and leadership; able to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
• Self-reliant with strong computer, organizational skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and manage installation and modernization projects.
• Manage administrative and material tasks.
• Ensure the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and/or subcontractors.
• Work with the project team to mitigate safety, ethics and quality risks.
• Coordinate with local authorities on document submissions and site inspections; ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
