Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Sales (Curriculum Development - MFL & Humanities) in a home-based role with travel across the South and South East of England. This term-time only position (195 days per year) partners with schools to deliver learner progression and the right mix of products and services for learners.

Reporting to the Manager, Sales, you will engage with senior school leaders and multi-academy trusts, drive revenue growth within a defined portfolio, and use Salesforce

Qualifications

• Experience selling to schools and trusts with a consultative approach.
• Strong knowledge of the UK education market and products for learners aged 5–18+.
• Willingness to travel across the South and South East of England (80%).

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue growth strategies with school buyers and trusts.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and lead on acquisition and retention.
• Maintain pipeline using CRM and deliver regional sales plans.
