Job summary

Nichols is seeking a Regional Service Technician to install, maintain and repair Vimto drink dispense equipment at customer sites across the region. You will deliver high-quality service and customer care, balancing proactive maintenance with rapid fault resolution.

You will work autonomously within your region, following health and safety protocols and maintaining CRM records. This role provides opportunities to contribute to a national brand with a strong heritage.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional technical service within a fast-paced customer service setting.
• Able to work autonomously across a designated region.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Install new equipment and perform planned maintenance on drink dispense systems.
• Provide 2nd-line reactive maintenance to resolve breakdowns.
• Act as face of Vimto Out of Home, building relationships with customers.
• Manage asset installation, surveys, maintenance, and uplift of units.
