Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Technical Services Representative to install, service and repair our soft drinks equipment at customer sites across Leeds. You’ll be the brand ambassador, delivering a professional first impression and ensuring the best drink serves every time.

The role offers field-based work with comprehensive training, a company van, and the chance to build lasting customer relationships while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential).
• Experience with drink dispense equipment or similar technical/mechanical equipment; full training will be provided.
• Practical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive, lasting relationships.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, manage your own schedule and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Skilled using IT systems to complete service reports, manage workload and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to working safely and following health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across Leeds.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring first-time fix where possible.
• Educate customers on equipment operation, basic fault finding and food hygiene best practices.
• Provide technical advice and support to improve equipment uptime and performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools and spare parts to ensure readiness for customer visits.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing an high-quality service experience.
