Job summary

Innserve is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our growing team of 450+ industry specialists. The role is field-based, working around your home postcode, installing, maintaining and repairing drinks dispense equipment at customer sites.

You'll be the face of Innserve, delivering excellent customer service, solving technical issues, and coordinating with customers. A full UK driving licence is required, and you’ll live within a 10-mile radius of the advertised postcode.

Qualifications

• A practical, flexible approach to work in a technical/engineering role.
• Experience as a field service engineer or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical or electrical installations/maintenance, fault finding, plumbing or diagnostics.
• The ability to work with tools and solve technical issues.
• Strong customer service orientation and independence.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair drinks dispense equipment at locations around your home postcode.
• Provide training, guidance and high levels of customer service to customers.
• Travel within the designated area and manage on-site issues efficiently.
