Job summary

Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead six domiciliary care branches in North Yorkshire. You will provide strategic direction, coach Registered Managers and drive regional growth, while ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

You will monitor KPIs, budgets and care hours, support recruitment and development, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with commissioners and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in area/regional management within domiciliary care.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation.
• Proven experience developing and supporting Registered Managers.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic leadership across six domiciliary care branches.
• Lead, coach and support Registered Managers to achieve strong operational and commercial performance.
• Monitor branch KPIs, budgets, care hours, client growth and performance.
• Drive regional business growth by increasing care hours and client numbers.
• Ensure branches maintain high standards of care, compliance and CQC readiness.
• Conduct regular branch visits, performance reviews and quality audits.
• Support recruitment, retention and staff development for Registered Managers.
• Oversee safeguarding, complaints, incidents and regulatory matters.
• Develop relationships with commissioners, local authorities, clients and stakeholders.
• Identify underperforming areas and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver wider objectives.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
