Job summary

Health Recruit Network in Rochdale is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-run domiciliary care service delivering around 700 hours per week for local authority contracts. You will ensure CQC compliance, oversee rotas, care planning and quality assurance, and develop the care and office teams while building strong relationships with commissioners.

This full-time, permanent leadership role offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 and scope to grow the service in the Greater

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Strong CQC and safeguarding knowledge.
• Experience working with local authority contracts.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service.
• Oversee delivery of approximately 700 care hours per week.
• Ensure full CQC compliance and person-centred care.
• Manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance.
• Lead and develop the care and office team.
