Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Document Controller based in Hampshire to oversee documentation across regional projects in the southern region. The role focuses on implementing standards and validating incoming and outgoing project documents for commercial and residential schemes.

You will manage workflows, submissions, and reportable data while ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and alignment with the company’s evolving expansion plans and pipeline work.

Qualifications

• Experience as Document Controller, preferably with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience with Viewpoint, Procore or similar systems.
• Experience in document management across commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce company standards throughout the Document Management process including following ISO 19650.
• Validation, checking and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Configuration and preparation of workflows, sample submissions and other reportable data.
