Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a Regional Director for the UK & Ireland to lead strategic sales, accelerate new business, and strengthen partner and customer relationships across industries.

You will own the GTM strategy, coach high-performing teams, and drive market expansion while ensuring exceptional business performance and customer success in a rapidly evolving cyber security landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant sales experience in IT in the UK&I region.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the IT security landscape.
• Proven success in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the UKI market.
• Experience building and leading diverse, high-performance sales teams.
• Experience working in dynamic and virtual organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Check Point business in UK and Ireland markets.
• Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy via direct outreach and partners.
• Enhance Check Point's visibility with major accounts, media, and trade shows.
• Oversee the entire sales process and establish metrics for funnel management.
• Manage pipelines, forecasts, and deals to exceed quotas through effective pipeline management.
• Provide leadership, vision, and guidance to the sales team for targets and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop the sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Own and elevate the regional brand in partnership with Marketing.
