Job summary

You will work with the senior leadership team, take ownership of the Leeds PM function, and combine technical delivery with business development, team management and commercial responsibility.

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience within a construction consultancy.
• Experience operating at director or senior leadership level.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• MRICS, MAPM or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven ability to lead and develop PM teams.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness and fee management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the regional Project Management offering across Leeds and Yorkshire.
• Own the PM function, deliver major projects, and manage project performance.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships and secure new opportunities.
• Oversee team utilisation, profitability, and recruitment/mentoring.
• Contribute to regional business strategy and growth plans.
