Job summary

The role combines strong technical delivery with business development, leadership, and strategic input to grow the Leeds/Yorkshire market.
Qualifications
- Significant project management experience within a construction consultancy.
- Experience operating at Director, Associate Director or senior leadership level.
- A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
- MRICS, MAPM, ChPP or another relevant professional qualification.
- Proven experience leading and developing Project Management teams.
- Strong business development and client relationship management experience.
- Excellent commercial awareness, including fee management and profitability.
- Experience winning work and developing long-term client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead senior client relationships and secure new opportunities across the region.
- Oversee delivery of projects, performance, and profitability.
- Manage and mentor regional Project Management staff.
- Support recruitment and talent development within the Leeds function.
- Contribute to regional business strategy and market expansion.
