Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Sales Executive to drive occupancy across a portfolio of care homes. This field-based role focuses on generating new enquiries and admissions through proactive business development and strong local relationships.

You'll travel across your assigned region, build partnerships with healthcare professionals and referral partners, and guide families through the admissions journey with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer acquisition or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
• Strong organisational skills with good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new enquiries and admissions across an assigned portfolio of care homes.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, community partners and local stakeholders to develop a strong referral network.
• Support prospective residents and families through the admissions process and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM.
