Haskoning is seeking a senior regional director to lead the Integrated Transport Planning (ITP) practice in the UK regions, driving growth in Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds. You will guide strategic delivery, nurture client relationships and shape sustainable transport solutions aligned with local context.

The role requires a track record in consultancy, vision-led planning, and the ability to recruit and develop high-performing teams.

Competenze

• Substantial consultancy track record in sustainable development planning, mobility, infrastructure or placemaking.
• Vision-led transport planning principles; understanding development planning and built environment transport.
• Experience developing client accounts and turning pipeline into sustainable, profitable growth.
• Leadership experience managing people and contributing to senior business decisions.
• Strong commercial and project governance, risk management and client service.
• Degree and professional qualification (TPP/CEng) and established regional network.
