Job summary

Haskoning is seeking a senior Regional Director to lead the Integrated Transport Planning (ITP) team in the North and Midlands from Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds. You will shape regional market position, win and deliver strategic commissions, and mentor transport planners and engineers to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Substantial consultancy track record in sustainable development planning, mobility, or placemaking.
• Proven ability to win and deliver complex commissions for private/public sector clients.
• Leadership experience building teams and managing regional networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of regional growth plan for sustainable development, focused on priority clients, markets and opportunities.
• Build senior relationships with private and public sector clients, originate work, lead strategic bids and represent ITP and Haskoning.
• Provide executive oversight of a diverse project portfolio, ensuring commissions are well directed and delivered to high quality standards.
• Lead, inspire and develop regional colleagues, supporting recruitment and fostering an inclusive office culture.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and senior colleagues to connect regional opportunities with technical expertise.
