Haskoning UK is seeking a Regional Director for Integrated Transport Planning (ITP) to lead our North & Midlands operations from Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds. You will shape regional growth, win and deliver major commissions, and mentor transport planners and engineers to build a high‑performing team in a supportive, inclusive culture.

The role requires a substantial consultancy track record, leadership experience and a passion for vision-led transport planning.

Formación

• Substantial consultancy track record in sustainable development planning and mobility.
• Experience winning and delivering complex commissions for private/public sectors.
• Strong understanding of vision-led transport planning and placemaking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and delivery of regional growth plan for sustainable development and transport planning.
• Build senior client relationships, originate work and lead strategic bids.
• Oversee portfolio quality, governance, risk and delivery to clients.
• Develop regional teams, recruit, mentor and foster an inclusive culture.
• Coordinate with ITP and wider Haskoning to align opportunities with capability.
