Anthony Gregg Partnership | Retail and Consumer Executive Search Specialists is seeking a Regional Director to lead a large Midlands multi-site operation. You will drive commercial performance, oversee budgets and forecasting, and build high-performing teams to deliver sustainable growth.

Reporting to the MD, you will shape regional strategy, manage profitability, and foster key client relationships while embedding health and safety and continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with multi-site responsibility and track record of delivering commercial results.
• Experience in P&L ownership, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional leadership teams and drive high-performance culture.
• Own regional financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and improve margin.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Drive operational efficiency across a dispersed Midlands operation.
• Coach and develop managers; enable succession planning and performance management.
• Maintain pricing discipline and targeted margin improvements.
• Champion health and safety and lead continuous improvement.
