Job summary

The Marketing Centre seeks a Regional Director to lead and grow the West Midlands region. You will oversee business development, sales, client management, and a regional team of Marketing Directors, reporting to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

Lead regional business development and distribution in West Midlands.
Be the face of The Marketing Centre in the region and build presence in the business community.
Manage sales processes and secure new contracts for clients in the region.
Oversee onboarding and ongoing relationship management with clients.
Coordinate regional team meetings and quarterly 1:1s with Marketing Directors.
Drive recruitment, training, and capacity planning for 12–15 Marketing Directors.
